TX
Hello, I'm Patrick. Have you ever felt defeated, overwhelmed, or anxious and unable to cope with what life has thrown at you? Need someone who will really listen but unable to find that person? Feeling alone can make life's stressors seem impossible. I can provide that listening ear and together we can learn to manage the challenges of life. I graduated in 1989 with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have served clients in various settings for 32 years. I worked as an EAP therapist for ten years with adults using brief solution-focused therapy. After that, I facilitated groups and individual therapy in an inpatient setting, helping clients work through depression and anxiety issues. Since 2020, I have used client-centered cognitive-behavioral therapy with adults of all ages in individual counseling. My primary focus is for you first to be heard and understood; then we can use education and coping skills to help you overcome life's challenges. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with addiction, bipolar disorder, grief and bereavement, depression, anxiety, and family relationship issues. My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way. Reach out to me and let’s work together to change how you think and feel to bring about real change in your life. I'm here to help you navigate through your struggles and find a path to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
