Getting to know Patrick Martin

Trauma is something that happens to all of us, we often times don’t even realize it has occurred or how it is present in our lives. I am here to work with you and aid you in figuring out what trauma may mean for you and how you can become empowered. I am a CSAT that operates under the mindset that behaviors can be the result of past trauma. I welcome any gender that is seeking support in sex addiction, trauma, relationship issues and anxiety/depression. My goal is to assist in identifying dysregulation & unhealthy coping patterns that are present. I want you to develop healthy sexuality and coping strategies. Trauma being re-enacted is a way for us to “protect” our present self, I hope to explore this with you through an IFS vantage point. I provide an empathetic space where you can figure out what you want out of life, and how to best accomplish your personal vision for you. I work to fit your unique self, and am confident we can co-create a plan that will help you, figure out you.
