I listen and try to understand your situation and learn what it's like to be you. I can offer suggestions, but I won't tell you what to do. I believe that my clients know what they need to do to help them heal; it might not be clear right away, but after I am able to understand your problems, we can work together to find solutions.
It's a big step to seek counseling and to go into therapy. I respect everyone who wants to improve their mental health and well-being. It isn't easy to seek help and allow oneself to be vulnerable and share one's experience. I have listened to thousands of people, and I am delighted to hear everyone's story to see how I can help.
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively on your healing journey.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
