I will work with you to determine your change goals and develop a plan to identify and remove barriers to personal growth while emphasizing and building upon the strengths and resources you already possess. My practice is based in warm, empathetic, non-judgmental care. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to determine their specific life goals while identifying and working to remove barriers that keep from them from living the life they want to live. I work with older teens and adult clients to reduce the negative impact of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and grief on their lives.
