My therapy experience, training, and background have focused on working with people who feel stuck in a vacuum of anxiety and depression, lack motivation, and struggle to see with clarity beyond the circumstances they find themselves in. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of North Texas, which has equipped me with the skills to support clients through these challenges. My second niche spans gender and sexuality, where I have worked with communities marginalized in these areas, providing help with sexual dysfunction, out-of-control sexual behavior, relationship issues, and concerns related to gender.

What should a new client know about working with you?

A sense of clarity and being heard and seen is most definitely in my wheelhouse. If they haven't experienced this before, they will after spending time with me, along with a sense of not being judged. They can also expect homework to help themselves begin moving forward in their journey.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
