Hello, I'm Patrick. When you come to see me, you'll find a nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. Many of my clients have experienced trauma, which often manifests as depression, anxiety, feeling directionless, relationship or communication issues, executive dysfunction, or sexual concerns. Together, we'll work to unpack your story and transform general goals into specific, actionable steps. I offer support in a wide variety of ways, from simply talking through issues to clarify them, to employing specific strategies or techniques tailored to your needs. This might include assigning relevant homework, performing trauma therapy, or utilizing Ketamine Assisted Therapy. With 18 years of experience, I've worked with a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My journey led me to specialize in sexuality, earning an AASECT certification in sex therapy. I work extensively with clients facing sexual dysfunction, LGBTQIA+ issues, and those within the Kink and CNM communities, as well as sex workers and individuals struggling with out-of-control sexual behavior. In recent years, my focus has expanded to include religious and other forms of trauma, ADHD, and psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration. Our work together begins with understanding why you're here, how you found me, and your history, all in a friendly and casual manner. Since everyone operates differently, part of my role is to help you discover what you need most. If you already have a focus, I'll ensure I provide the best possible support.
