Getting to know Patrick Smith

In my experience, all of us will ultimately face challenges that can overwhelm our usual ways of coping. Life is hard, and we all need outlets to process those difficult times. I have worked with a variety of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, codependency, PTSD, substance abuse/addiction, anger management, marital and relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, stress management, and OCD. I primarily use a solution-focused approach, concentrating on your goals and helping you grow by increasing awareness and insight into your concerns. I incorporate components from different therapeutic styles, including CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and other techniques tailored to your needs. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively through your journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
