Patti strives to create a relaxed, nonjudgmental atmosphere to foster a pleasant yet productive therapeutic relationship with clients. She focuses on targeting her clients' way of thinking about a problem or situation to empower them to recognize that the power to change is in their own hands. She is a firm believer that words create worlds. Patti earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi. Married with two children, she loves spending quality time with family and friends, reading, and traveling. I contacted the office to confirm appointment. A meeting link was never provided. The day of the meeting the receptionist claimed there was no appointment. I will never use Zoc Doc or this provider.

My first ever counseling session I picked the very best person for me. Patti immediately welcomed me and guided through the steps tailored to me. Her goal is to get to the why of issues instead of fixing surface problems. She picked up on times I didn't really understand terms and broke everything down so I could be fully present with the session. She is passionate with what she does and it shows. I wish she receives all the blessings coming her way and some extras sprinkled on top.

I am having trouble accessing my safe harbor account (message states that I do not have an account ) but I do, so this prevented me from doing my paperwork in advance. This was frustrating and had NOTHING to do with Patti and the work she was doing with me. She forged ahead and got the info she needed from me, but I was frustrasting to not be able to access the portal. I still cannot access the portal and the message says I need to call the office. My schedule is super busy and I haven't been able to do that yet.
