Years of working with victims of family violence and community assistance programs have helped me understand how hard it can be to overcome challenging situations caused by anxiety and depression. Divorce, career changes, anger, and parenting can be at the core of these struggles. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our sessions. As a Latinx bilingual professional applying a person-centered approach, I have the joy of working with teens and multicultural families in both English and Spanish. I specialize in helping clients navigate through issues related to addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, military/veteran support, narcissistic personality disorder, PTSD, sex/intimacy issues, stress, and trauma.
