Hello, my name is Paul Bailey, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and Texas. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Henderson State University. Over the past 11 years, as a licensed therapist, I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, gaining experience in treating anxiety, anger, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, family challenges, and behavioral issues.
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy in my practice. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop treatment goals and build problem-solving skills to create effective solutions for the challenges they face.
My top priority as a therapist is to help clients achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. While reaching out for support can feel difficult, it can also lead to meaningful growth and healing. Everyone encounters challenges, and with the right support and tools, we can navigate and overcome them together.
