With over 12 years of experience in the Mental Health Field, I specialize in working with depression, childhood abuse and neglect, anxiety, and relationship problems. I utilize Existential therapy, Object Relation Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy to help clients find meaning, joy, and peace in their everyday lives.
