Hello, I'm Paul. Compassion is only complete if it includes yourself, so thank you for taking the time to begin bringing that compassion to yourself. With my education, career, and life experience, I have developed an eclectic client-centered approach in guiding others to find what has been missing within themselves. I have had the privilege of aiding people with a myriad of issues, including codependency, depression, anxiety, various forms of trauma, addiction, and metaphysical issues. My background includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapy, mindfulness, and meditation. I hold certifications as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Independent Social Worker, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Specializing in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, grief and bereavement, life transitions, OCD, somatic symptom disorder, spirituality, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients.
