What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy should be a space where you feel accepted, supported, and empowered to explore the challenges and goals that bring you to treatment. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and personalized to your needs. Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating a life transition, or seeking greater self-understanding, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first few sessions focus on getting to know you — your history, strengths, relationships, and the goals that brought you to therapy. I take time to understand your unique needs so we can develop a treatment plan that aligns with what matters most to you. Depending on your goals, I may draw from EMDR for trauma processing, CBT and DBT for coping skills and emotional regulation, IFS-informed work for self-awareness and internal healing, KAP when appropriate, and traditional talk therapy to process experiences and foster growth. Throughout our work, I provide a supportive, affirming space to help you develop insight, build resilience, and create meaningful changes that improve your quality of life.
