As a licensed therapist (LMFT) with more than thirty years of experience, I have the expertise to assist with a variety of therapeutic concerns. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University, which has provided a strong foundation for my work. I primarily work with adults, both couples and individuals, specializing in partner and marital counseling, divorce, trauma, premarital counseling, anger management, domestic violence, and addictions such as pornography and alcohol abuse. While my focus is on adults, I also work with teens and families, though I do not work with children.
