I take an integrative approach, working with individuals seeking support for a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and grief. I offer a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
My specialization is trauma. To support the healing process, I use evidence-based modalities, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. I am committed to helping clients heal from the past, build resilience in the present, and work toward goals for the future.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to provide compassionate and effective care.
