I believe in transformation and healing - yours (and mine), and that the draw towards the good is irresistible. Whatever challenges you face, there’s a way forward. How you see yourself - and those around you - can make all the difference. I want to know your story, how you tell it, and where you hope it will go. You’ll have a partner as you navigate life transitions and circumstances, learn to better manage difficult thoughts and feelings, change patterns that no longer serve you, and improve relationships. As your unfoldment happens (and yes, it's always messy), you’ll have an ally in this incredibly difficult yet doable work. My approach is also informed by Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and the Enneagram. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I welcome the opportunity to speak with you about where you are - and where you'd like to be. Calls are typically returned within 24 hours. Licensed in Illinois and North Carolina. At present, all sessions are exclusively via telehealth but face to face sessions will soon be available for Champaign County residents.
