He is very knowledgeable about his profession and professional. He listens well and gives feedback to look at things in a different perspective. We have dealt with grief and significant others as well as learning how to move forward and rearing children and the difficulties along with strengths. Also what to improve as an individual as well in all aspects of life as I am learning and growing in therapy.”

Paul Louis is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2018. He has a BS in Psychology from Greensboro College, an SA Counseling Certificate from East Carolina University, and an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
Paul believes in the resilience of people. We are all strong and capable of overcoming obstacles, however it is important that we give ourselves grace during difficult times as we endure. As a provider, it is paramount to create a safe atmosphere that is conducive to processing those difficult times and learning new skills that will inform how we continue the journey through life.
In his spare time, Paul loves to cook! Not so much into following recipes, but taking ingredients and creating something from scratch, that typically turns out pretty tasty! He’s a fan of standup comedy and horror movies, and enjoys listening to a variety of music and podcasts.
