We received extremely professional service with the utmost compassion. We know that in meeting with our therapist, we are cared about. When there have been major events outside of business hours we were provided a phone number and were responded too. If you want a place where you feel cared for and supported while getting the help that you need to process through the events of life, this is the place for you. Paula is top notch!!!
I highly recommend seeing her; it is clear that she is passionate about her job through each session. She cares so much about her patients and wants to help direct them towards healing and overall growth in their mental health.
Paula was amazing in that she helped me process some deep held trauma that was causing me severe panic attacks. I know the facts of the events but now I have a happy memories attached to the events. I feel as though Paula genuinely and deeply cares for me and listens to me. Paula is a great and patient listener. I used to grab for pills to fix my issues. Now I grab my phone for mindfulness, journaling, doing crossword puzzles, watching a video on tick tock, attending a groupinar on Better Help, or sending a text to my best friend who I had previously not had that great of a relationship. I truly think great things are working in me and Paula is a huge part of that. I am extremely thankful and blessed that I have Paula as my therapist. I feel as though talking with Paula is like talking to a friend I can trust and will help me. Paula is awesome!
