Hi! My name is Paula. Are you having trouble with motivation to get things done? Do you find it hard to concentrate? Is it hard to take time for yourself? I help adults who are feeling depressed or anxious or who are trying to work through past trauma. Together, we can work toward getting you back to the self that you want to be. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma-related issues, I am here to help you. I know that therapy can be scary, but you are making the right choice to get back on track. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University, and in our sessions, I will work with you with compassion and therapeutic practices so that you can start feeling better. I am looking forward to working with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want you to feel as if you are in control of your own life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
