More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I have found it easy to open up to Paula from almost the beginning. She was pretty direct from the door and I wasn't sure this was going to be the best fit but as sessions have continued I have found her to be warm and understanding and always seems to know what to say to move me forward.
She is very easy to talk to, she's a great listener, has excellent therapy advice and is an amazing person as well. I'm happy to have Paula as my therapist.
Gives very good advice
Paula has been amazing these past few weeks. She is very open-minded and non-judgmental. She provides advice and helps me walk through different scenarios. She includes humor in her advice and has been so helpful. I look forward to each weekly session.
I feel so very fortunate to have found Paula Jo, as I read a lot of reviews and I’m sure proud of myself for doing it! Paula Jo is exactly the kind of therapist I need for my issues. I am actually seeing and feeling changes in my life. I can feel happy and peaceful again and it won’t be without her help. She knows what I’m talking about when nobody else could.
