UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ, and integrating a Christian perspective into my practice as a therapist has proven to be extremely helpful to clients struggling with various mental health disorders. Having a spiritual approach to mental health can open doors to treatment that foster major breakthroughs in the healing process. I also believe that utilizing a family systems approach can be beneficial in uncovering underlying emotional wounds that an individual may have suppressed. Delving into the past of one's family of origin helps to discover the connectivity of the family as a unit and how that unit affects the individual on a personal level. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to integrate these approaches effectively in my work.

I can deal with the appointment being 5min late. But what’s inexcusable is she was falling asleep during the session. Absolutely unacceptable.
