I earned my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University. My approach I utilize various treatment modalities based on client needs, primarily focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a strength-based, solution-focused emphasis. No two clients are the same, and therapists should be knowledgeable to serve each client's unique needs. My focus I work with clients who recognize some areas of their lives are not working positively and want to learn tools to progress.
