Hi, I’m Paula Mukau, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) based in North Carolina. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing, growth, and overall well-being. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (2021–2024), where I gained hands-on clinical experience working with diverse populations. I also hold a Bachelor of Integrated Professional Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2015–2019), which strengthened my understanding of human behavior, communication, and problem-solving. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences.
