Hello, I am Paulina. Are you looking for ways to improve your mental health and overall wellbeing? Are you interested in finding a therapist who will work with you to identify issues, understand them, and take action to help you live a better life? I am a licensed social worker in Florida and Colorado, and I work with individuals who are experiencing effects of trauma, stress, identity, LGBTQ+, depression, anxiety and/or other mood disorders. Together, we can work towards awareness, growth, and meeting your needs and individual goals. This is a safe, judgement-free space. I utilize empathy, compassion and evidence-based interventions in my practice. I will work to create a comfortable therapeutic environment for you where we can collaborate towards a better life for you. I am here to help!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will begin our therapeutic relationship by asking you some questions about yourself and meeting you where you are at. Simultaneously, I will be working to ensure you feel welcome and empowered to be proactive in therapy. We will then work towards your goals, needs and wants from this experience. I welcome any and all feedback, I am here to ensure that you have a safe space to heal and grow.
