What should a new client know about working with you?

My work with clients is trauma informed, depth and insight oriented, and results driven. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental, straightforward, and genuine approach to treatment to support you in making the progress that you deserve, while tailoring treatment plans to each client and your unique needs. I utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques all based in fostering healthy relationships, meaning, and coping strategies for both short term and long term progress and transformation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The concept of neuroplasticity is at the core of my approach as I believe we are all capable of growth, change, and reaching our innate potentials in relationship to others and ourselves. As your therapist you can expect me to approach you with authentic curiosity and consistent support. You know yourself and your story better than anyone, and I genuinely care about and want to hear your story and support you in creating the future that you deserve.
