Getting to know Dr. Pauline Botchway

I strongly believe that, as human beings, we have the ability to change and transform our lives through choice. Since no single theory can fully capture our human experiences, I employ an integrated approach that combines aspects of Existential and Solution-focused therapy, as well as high utilization of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I am a therapist and clinical supervisor for LPCs. I also provide professional consultation. I have experience and interest in helping individuals learn and identify strategies to manage and reduce the phases of life problems, symptoms of depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and barriers that impact self-esteem. Additional services provided are clinical supervision and consultation. Assert Your Boundaries Counseling, LLC was created because a better life begins with peace, happiness, and self-love.
