I am committed to providing you with a warm, supportive, and therapeutic environment while allowing you to explore your strengths and challenges! I have over 15 years' experience in both Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment, having worked in various community, organization, hospital, and psychiatric settings. I am a doctoral-trained Licensed Therapist/ CPCS with a Graduate Certification in Global Mental Health (Trauma and Recovery, Harvard CE). I work with both adults and adolescents. I use various approaches based on the unique needs of the individual and specialize in a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transition issues, and traumatic experiences. I am committed to providing a supportive and therapeutic environment while allowing you to explore your strengths and possibilities.
