Getting to know Payal Sud
Life gives us challenges. These challenges can include anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationships, or just feeling stuck in life. However, we do not have to face these challenges alone. It is our job to help you identify and eliminate stresses, embrace your strengths, and work towards empowerment. Through collaboration, we together can create an individualized and comprehensive plan to help you make an identity of your own, integrate positive practices into your daily interactions, and grow to live a happy and healthy life.
I provide full-spectrum and client-specific treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in a warm, genuine, and safe environment. Because I believe in the importance of a consistent therapeutic relationship, I accommodate clients by providing sliding scale and online sessions. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach.
I am trained in Pranic, Reiki healing, and vibrational sound massage. Other non-talk therapy services are also provided, such as tea therapy, pet therapy, walk n talk, food therapy, and more. I am LGBT, non-monogamous relationship, and kink-friendly.
