I will hold the space for you to explore your complex feelings and experiences, and collaborate with you in connecting the important dots in your life between your inner and outer experiences while providing you tangible day-to-day tools to help regulate your energy and mood. Your levels of both comfort and growth are my top priorities in our work together--I will help you to challenge yourself in your growth while also maintaining your sense of containment and safety in the process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I listen carefully to what you bring into our session, and take the time to develop an understanding with you of what you need. We will look at the symptoms you're experiencing and feel our way into their roots in order to bring you relief and clarity. My work with each client is tailored to their individual needs and draws from multiple modalities.
