I believe that healing happens within a safe, nonjudgmental relationship, where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we’ll work to explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover underlying patterns, and develop tools that empower you to live with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'll start with an introductory session where you can feel comfortable sharing your story, your life experiences, and what brings you to therapy. This first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to ask questions, express your goals, and begin to explore what healing or growth might look like for you. There’s no pressure, just a supportive space where you can be yourself and feel heard.
