Dr. Hoffman is the owner of group private practice (Horizon Behavioral Health) and a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Florida, with an office location in Everett, Pennsylvania. Dr. Hoffman also has PSYPACT Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology which now covers 42 states She is an Active Duty Army Veteran and currently serves in the PA Army National Guard with specialized training and experience in treating Service Members and their families. She is trained in a variety of evidence based protocols and therapies including those for trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, and sleep. Dr. Hoffman completed her pre- and postdoctoral clinical training at Eisenhower Army Medical Center. She became a licensed psychologist in 2013 and has presented research projects at national conferences and co-authored peer-reviewed journal articles.
