I provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and transparent environment, so together, we can reflect on the core causes of your anxiety, traumas, depression, fears, relationship challenges, and maladaptive coping mechanisms. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of New England, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your path to healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Having a safe space allows you to do the real inner work. It is my experience that when we treat the root cause of an issue, the symptoms go away. I assist my clients on their journey in becoming the most fulfilled versions of themselves. I will meet you where you are today to work towards a better tomorrow. Not everyone’s journey looks the same or has the same challenges – it is not supposed to – after all we are unique individuals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Upon scheduling, I will contact you within 24 hours. Please be available to confirm or the appointment will be cancelled. Our first session will last around 60 minutes and following sessions will be around 45-55 minutes. Availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 2pm-9pm.
