I have worked extensively with teens and adults who have experienced trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I am adept at navigating burnout and professional stress. My goal is to help you create a deeper awareness of yourself to live an authentic and fulfilling life. My approach emphasizes understanding the effects that trauma and stress can have on you, while creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we will develop personalized strategies that empower you to overcome challenges and achieve lasting healing. With over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, including my roles as Executive Director of a Substance Abuse Treatment Center and Clinical Director of a Mental Health Treatment Center, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I have developed and implemented treatment programs tailored to the unique needs of my clients, while supervising and mentoring therapists to ensure high-quality care. I hold a Master's degree in Community Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, which has further equipped me with the skills to support my clients effectively.
