I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a dual degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have advanced specialty training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). I am experienced in working with individuals and families through a range of life transitions and adversities from an empathic and gentle approach. I value the therapeutic relationship above all and I believe that building that relationship during the therapy process lays an important foundation to the work I do with clients. I like working with people who want to understand, process, heal, and grow. My work has included helping children and their caregivers to re-connect and repair after experiencing a shared traumatic event, women who are struggling with post-partum and general depression and anxiety, and families and couples who are working on improving and enhancing their relationships and their emotional understanding and connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have always been drawn to stories and to the people whose lives those stories are a part of. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients and bearing witness to the healing process. I know that beginning that process can feel daunting, and I am here to offer the support that you are seeking.
