My therapeutic style is centered on respect and compassion. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My goal is to simplify people’s lives, assist in overcoming challenges, and help clients feel enlightened and equipped with practical, useful coping skills. My heart is in helping the community—making them feel safe, supported, and encouraged.
