What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy allows us to sort through our emotional lives. Peter utilizes motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and guided imagery to assist clients to lean into the hurt and move on from it. He offers compassion, understanding and a focus on your goals in an environment of acceptance and safety. The approaches Peter he uses have proven to be effective and result in positive outcomes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Peter’s work emphasizes therapeutic techniques that are individualized and proven to help clients achieve/maintain abstinence. He will work collaboratively with you to implement a relapse prevention plan, increase your awareness of what blocks you from living the life you want and then having the confidence to achieve that life.
