I have been working with couples, adolescents, and families for over 15 years. My belief is an individual needs to make the decision for the changes in their life. I hope to assist those in need to build the appropriate skills necessary to achieve their goals. I have experience in the following areas: relationship counseling, consistent parenting, career focus, couples therapy, pre-marital counseling, impulse control, appropriate coping skills, positive peer and sibling interaction, anger management, anxiety, and trauma-informed. I have had the opportunity to work in the school and home settings to provide therapy for children/families, which have led me to covering a wide variety of situations and evidence based interventions.
