I am going to go ahead and say it. Life can be hard! The good news is you don't have to go at it alone. I'm a veteran with over 22 years of military service and hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas, Arlington. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who is EMDR trained. Together, we can tap into my experience to help you recognize and address life challenges. These challenges may come in the form of addiction, PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and other life traumas.
