I consider all aspects of the client’s life, i.e., mental, physical, social, emotional, and sexual. I help my clients discover the root causes of their distress and eliminate them. I believe in finding and eliminating the causes, not just the symptoms. I specialize in an approach that encourages the client to explore his/her childhood in an effort to discover how his/her unconscious thoughts can influence his/her conscious or cognitive behavior. In that respect, I integrate several therapeutic models including Client-Centered, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytical, and Behavioral Therapies.
