Hi there, I'm Philip, and welcome to my Grow Therapy dashboard. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Are you feeling stuck or struggling to find a balanced lifestyle? I have a passion for helping people set, meet, and exceed goals personally, financially, and professionally. I help high performers manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness and self-improvement homework exercises. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together! A note about my background: I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Pacific University and have supported a variety of client populations in multiple settings. I started my practice in the San Francisco Bay region, with private offices in San Francisco and Marin County. In my specialty as a Critical Incident Responder, I was typically called to offer management consultation, psycho-educational presentations, and individual support meetings as needed in workplaces that suffered a traumatic event or loss. In 2005, my career took a more expansive tangent when I was called to provide support to young men and women in the military overseas and domestically. Since the COVID outbreak, my practice has necessarily adapted to Telehealth exclusively. Feel free to contact me and let's see what real progress feels like.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
