I am a board certified clinical psychologist. I have practiced psychology from 2018-2025 with the US Navy and now work in private practice. I attended an APA accredited graduate program where I earned my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Building trust is essential. I do that by attempting to listen deeply and put your experience into words that truly resonate with you. I believe that if you trust that I can understand your experience we can find solutions together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to sessions can vary based upon the needs of the patient. I can be interactive during session or quiet to give you the space to share. My goal is create an environment that helps you, however that looks.
