Do you spend a lot of time and energy wrestling with anxious or intrusive thoughts? Do you feel like these worries, fears, and anxieties are irrational, but you still cannot seem to move past them or make them go away? Sometimes recognizing and reframing your thoughts is simply not enough, and that is where Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy comes into play! ERP is a structured therapeutic approach that teaches us skills and strategies for how to more effectively navigate these feelings.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am adept at providing person-centered, solution-focused therapy to facilitate the process of identifying, prioritizing, and addressing treatment goals. I am also trained in providing Exposure and Response Prevention therapy, which is especially helpful for OCD and anxiety-related disorders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, I will look to YOU as the expert on your lived experiences. You hold the key to the answers you seek, and my job is simply to help you find the right door to walk through. You will be seen, heard, validated, and supported through your process.
