Dr. Takakjian developed an innovative East/West mind-body treatment approach that addresses the root causes of suffering through emotional processing, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness training. He utilizes a biopsychosocial model informed by cognitive-behavioral, somatic, emotion-focused, and short-term relational therapy.
