Hello! I'm so glad you're here! I am a licensed professional counselor and music therapist with a Master's in Music Therapy from Temple University and 14 years' experience serving individuals and families in institutional, outpatient, and community settings. My experience includes work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, anger-related concerns, post-traumatic stress, relationship difficulties, chemical dependency and other addictive behaviors, motivational and self-esteem problems, as well as those with developmental delays. I commend your taking action in seeking help for the challenges you are facing. It actually takes more strength to admit that we are struggling and to reach out. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is individualized, holistic, and focused on helping you understand your feelings, your values, and your patterns, while also developing strategies you can use in daily life. Attachment theory, Jungian psychology, and internal family systems/parts psychology approaches guide my practice. I also integrate components of EMDR and creative arts therapies where appropriate.
