Psychotherapist

Life can look fine on the outside while feeling completely different on the inside. You may be successful, responsible, and the person others depend on—yet still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, frustrated, or uncertain about what comes next. You do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults and couples facing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, communication problems, and emotional disconnection. I especially enjoy helping individuals who are used to being “the strong one” but have reached a point where carrying everything alone no longer feels sustainable. My approach to therapy is compassionate, practical, collaborative, and straightforward. Therapy with me is not simply about talking through problems week after week. We will work together to understand the patterns affecting your life, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and develop realistic strategies that can create meaningful change. In couples counseling, I help partners move beyond repeated arguments and surface-level conflict to better understand what is happening underneath the tension. We focus on communication, trust, emotional connection, healthier conflict, and rebuilding a relationship in which both partners feel heard and valued. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy while tailoring treatment to you as an individual. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You simply need a willingness to start. My goal is to provide a space where you can speak openly, feel respected, gain clarity, and begin making changes that help you create healthier relationships and a healthier life.
