MO
I am a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Thank you for taking the next steps in your journey toward self-help and self-care. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you on this journey. My approach I am a person-centered, solution-focused therapist. My focus Talking through things that are difficult can be scary. It is important to understand that you are not alone. Managing the day-to-day stressors or unlocking traumas from the past can seem overwhelming. I want to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to do what you may think is impossible. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient. My journey to mental healthcare During my extensive work in the inpatient and outpatient behavior setting, I noticed that Clients need more than just medication management; they need someone to talk with them about their feelings. After providing individual and group sessions, Clients were more apt to continue therapy and take medication correctly. My goals for you While Clients navigate their therapeutic experience, I provide a safe, nurturing environment. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights. We can adapt our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you. I’m here to provide you with the support and tools you need to continue to move closer to where you want to be, even when things feel challenging.” I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we will identify and set goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective.
