I earned my B.A. in Child Development and my Master's in Social Work from Southeastern University. I am currently completing my hours to become an LCSW. I once wanted to go to the WNBA, but I was too short-lol. God had a different path for me once I moved to Florida. I have been in the mental health field for 7 years, with experience as a DCF child protective investigator, high school basketball coach/counselor, and behavioral therapist for adults and adolescents. I am currently a school social worker. I am familiar with NPD (narcissistic personality disorder) because I was in a toxic relationship for 8 years. I am now healed and raising a beautiful baby girl. It took time, but trust me, it was worth it. I want to help women gain confidence and set solid boundaries. I am really big on PEACE OF MIND. If you choose me as your therapist, you will not regret it. If you are in sports and need help building your confidence, improving your performance, or just want overall advice on the court, I can help with that as well. If you are going to a high school or a big college next year to play a sport and need an extra coach and push, I am here for you.
