What should a new client know about working with you?

The relationship will consist of a collaborative approach where I will assist you with identifying your treatment goals which will become the focus of the treatment process. During this process I will incorporate various evidence based theoretical methodologies to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the therapeutic process it is important to understand that healing is a personal journey that challenges us to face our pain and life difficulties in a manner that is authentic and empowering. At times during the therapeutic process, you may experience uncomfortable emotions, which is why it is important for you to understand that this experience is a normal part of the process. “Therapy is a gift. It is a chance to finally be heard, understood and supported.” Bessel Van Der Kolk, MD
