I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, goal setting, LGBTQ issues, drug and alcohol addiction. I am a graduate of the University of Missouri and have worked with hundreds of individuals and groups. I am trained in several modalities of therapy. These include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and indfulness based stress reduction.
