What is your typical process for working with clients?

Mental health is health. Whatever you’re struggling with, this does not define who you are; it is something you have. I help empower clients to walk and build a life worth living for themselves. Clients are experts in their own lives. As a therapist, I help clients walk toward their passions and build a life for themselves they can be proud of.
